Dr. Lidia Movahedian
Serving our Bronx practice
Dr. Lidia Movahedian had always dreamed of becoming an orthodontist. She attended Cornell University, where she was inducted into the Kappa Omicron Nu Honor Society and cofounded the Pre-Dental Society for students interested in pursuing a career in dentistry. She continued her education at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, during which she devoted herself to community outreach and improving the oral health of underserved populations. She went on to complete a General Practice Residency at New York Methodist Hospital, where she had the opportunity to further explore all aspects of dentistry, including pediatrics and orthodontics. She subsequently returned to Columbia University to complete a residency in orthodontics and obtained a Master of Science in Orthodontics.
Dr. Movahedian is now living out her dream of working in private practice, treating both children and adults in our Bronx office.
